“App Keeps Stopping” and “App is not responding” are not messages from within the App. It happens due to external factors. Note that most of the reasons are due to phone environment, not due to app bugs.

Thus it is utmost important that the administrator is aware of the process and that there will be different types of complaints from App users generating due to their own factors. Such complaints need purely administrative handling, which must be handled at administrator level only. There is nothing to check or resolve technically at the backend so it is futile to keep sending screenshots of every issue received from the user.
