The user does not have to enter the questions directly into the question bank. The questions are generally imported from Excel and Word files.
You can start preparing the questions even before you have the software with you.
To feed the questions into the question bank, you have to use a Word file with 8 columns. The first column is for the serial number, the second for the questions. The next 4-5 columns are for the answer options and the last one is for the correct option.
Once these files are imported into the question bank, they are categorized as per the subject, topic and chapter they represent. The difficulty level and marks are also added for each question.
